You hereby agree to indemnify NET227 against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense (including attorneys’ fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us, which is cause by any illegal actions performed by you.

Cascading Billing System
Our system uses Our Own Merchant Account, Epoch, CCbill, and Dialers; you get credit for all joins/re-bills from any of the above. We do not payout on check sales due to the high charge back ratio. (Check sales are less then 3% overall sales)

60% RevShare on all sales and re-bills
The RevShare is 14.97 and 17.97 depending on the site, we pay all processor and holdback fees. MP does not charge any Check, Wire or Epassporte fees.

Referral
We also offer a 10% referral bonus on webmasters who join under you.

Bi- Weekly Payouts
We payout on the 2nd and the 16th of each month with a 2 week delay. Minnum payout is 100.00

Legal Info
You must be of legal age to use the system, check with your local laws to see if you are of legal age to promote this site. If we find ANY under age users we will terminate their account, freeze the funds and report the user to the proper authorities. Please do not attempt to use this if you are under age.

Spamming
We do not allow spamming of any kind, this includes, e-mail, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Pager, AOL or any other instant message system or BBS.

Child Porn, Bestiality
Do not refer, or suggest to models being under 18 years of age, do not post on a site that promotes child porn or bestiality of any kind.

Tubes, Torrents
We do not support either at this time, if you run a Legal one contact us and we will take a look.

Free Content
MP Supplies free content for webmasters to use in our webmaster area, please do not use more then 18 pictures on your galleries or blogs the sets are large so you can chose the ones you want, not so you can use all at once. Do not remove the Watermark from the picture or movies.
